"Great Black and White" Part 3

1.) What first caught your eye while looking at your photographers photos? Is there something in particular about their photos that made you want to choose them?
The photos are so beautiful and I like the contrast. In particular was one photo its raining that one caught my eye because I love the rain.

"2"
A) I could  see how the rain fell slowly.People were in their house.About the other photo I saw people walking and talking.People sellling food in the restaurant.

B) I could smell of rain. The odor of the people and the food of the restaurant.I smell the trash that were in some trash can of a restaurant.

C) I could hear the sound of the rain and the wind.I hear a dog and some children crying and others playing, other people were talking, I hear cars honking.

D) I could taste the food of a restaurant and the beverages.I taste the rain.

E) I feel the rain,I feel the cars,the table and the chair of the restaurant,the food,the walls,the air,the tress,a child  face.

3) First, I would create posters so you can see all this photos.Second I would create a power point so I can explain her biography.

"Academic Shoot Reflection"

1) Some teachers were kinda serious because other people went to their classroom before me but, I had no problems trying to get the pictures because I was concentrated doing my work.

2) I don't  find myself thinking about any of those.

3) Focus on the rules and take the pictures from different angles.

4) Concentrate on what I'm doing.

5) The easiest rule to achieve is Simplicity.

6) Im still not clear on  Rule of Thirds.

"Academic Shoot"

Simplicity

I think this is a good picture because I follow the rule.
The subject is her.
Yes its clear.
If I didn't follow the rule well maybe I would take the photo farther.

The Rule oF Thirds
I follow the rule.
The subjects are the two groups of people in the back.
Yes its clear.
If I didn't  follow  the rule well maybe I would have to take the photo from different angle.

Lines
I follow the rule.
In this picture you can see the lines in the back with food .That lines can get the viewers' attention.
Yes its clear.
If I didn't follow the rule well I would take the photo from different angle.

Balance
I follow the rule good.
This is a balance photograph because that subjects are separated into two vertical pictures-which tends to divide the viewer's attention.
Yes its clear.
I follow the rule well.

Framing
I follow the rule.
This picture has framing because the center is in frame. This give a picture the feeling of depth.
The object are the pictures in the back.
Yes its clear.
If I didn't follow the rule well I would take the photo more closer.

Avoiding Mergers
I follow the rule.
In this picture I committed avoiding mergers because I cut part of him.
The object is the boy in the right.
Yes its clear.
If I didn't follow the rule well I would take the photo more closer.

"Africa and Mural Project"

My reaction to this power point I think the pictures are so awesome they look so natural and the photographies are on base of the rules of photography.

The photo is a Hippopotamus I like a lot because he is standing on a wet surface which makes the photo look original because you can see the reflection.

The rules that the photographer used was the rule of Thirds and Balance because he took the photo with his reflection and simplicity too.

A) The camera that he used "Pentax 6x7".
B) He fell in love with animals and land of East Africa.
C) The reason why he takes this pictures was because he wants to being to record a visually poetic last testament to the wild animals and places there before they are gone at the hands of man.
D) "You wouldn't take a portrait of a human being from a hundred feet away and expect to capture their spirit; you'd move in close."

1. What theme that we could take here at school could we do a
series of these panels to place around the school?
Good themes can be Sports and Band.

2. Should we use phones only, or should we open it up to our regular cameras for those people that don't have camera phones?
I think should be open cameras.

3. Where would you want to put the mural on campus?
In the entrance of AHA Academic.

"Academics & Community Service Section"

The photo that I liked was named "Droop The Bass" its a girl dropping a pink liquid and the liquid is going everywhere. Its looks like a 3-D picture.

1) I choose this photo because it got my attention how the pink liquid looks.
2) The rules of geography is simplicity because is focus in how the liquid goes up.

1) I think I could take pictures like today in a science's classroom or and the backyard.
2) My physic's classroom.
3) Apply the rules of photography and take the pictures from different angles.

"Filling the Frame"

The frame is filled in this photo by the group of people doing some kind of experiment with their hands.

"Action and Motion"

In this picture the motion is how the water wetted everything, the motion can be  how the girls reacted about how the water goes everywhere.

"The Story"

The story in the picture is that certain a group of people helping other people giving them free food. Maybe they are homeless and they don't have money to buy food.

"Photo Manipulation and Ethics"

A)The main point of this read was about people an their purpose to be able to edit photos. The people got into some issue because changed it to much to make it mess it up. They did some things bad such as added and cropped out people out and they added them into other photos so in geography exist some rules that cannot ignore.

B) The type of photo editing is totally unethical for me because that is like a violation against the privacy of each person.

I think this is the most unethical photo since the newspaper changed the way her teeth are and that can be a violation since that is not the true.

This photo is the last unethical for me since they only changed the color of the picture darker.

"Post Shoot Reflection"

1) I have not had any problems trying to get the photos because I concentrated doing my work according to what my teacher said.

2) I found myself thinking about how to use the bottoms of a camera. I study every bottom and know for what is use for to this correctly.

3) Yes I would do it.

4) I think I do it correctly focus with the basic rules of geography.

5)For Red was simplify, Metal was Rule of Thirds and Happy was Avoiding Merger.

6) Yes, because I can start learning more and be a successful Photographer.

"The First 6 Rules of Photography"

                                         Simplicity
In this photo the main attraction is the fire. The photographer took a good picture focus in the explosion.

The Rule of Thirds
In this photo the intersections of these imaginary lines suggest four options for placing the center of interest for good composition.

Lines
In this photo the lines are horizontal lines. This can also use repetitive lines to draw viewers' attention to the center of interest.

Balance
This photo is a balanced photographer, the two towers are separated into two vertical pictures which divide the viewer's attention.

Framing
In this photo the building is in frame. This can give the picture the feeling of depth.

Avoiding Mergers
In this photo the photographer committed a border merger because the photographer cut the feet of the woman. To avoid border mergers, line your eye up squarely behind the viewfinder and adjust the picture format to leave a little space.
